Our Production Process
Every Stork goes through a rigorous multi-stage production process. We are transparent about how each aircraft is made because we believe you should know exactly what you are receiving.

Precision Manufacturing
Every airframe component is 3D-printed in LW-PLA with optimized infill patterns for the best strength-to-weight ratio.

Structural Integration
Carbon fiber spars, motor mounts, and control surfaces are fitted and aligned to specification.

Electronics & Wiring
Flight controller, ESCs, servos, GPS, DJI O3, and telemetry radio are installed, connected, and secured.

ArduPilot Configuration
QuadPlane firmware is loaded, calibrated, and configured with failsafes, flight modes, and tuned PID values.

Flight Test Program
Each aircraft completes a full flight test: hover, transition, cruise, RTL, and AUTO mission. Flight logs are included with delivery.
What You Receive
Your delivery includes the complete aircraft, battery pack, charger documentation, ArduPilot parameter file, and flight test logs from your specific aircraft. Unbox, charge, and fly.
